Just fulfilling his Allah-mandated role of using murder to keep the masses in line.
Voice of America reported (via Pamela Geller):
Pakistani police say they have arrested a Muslim cleric for alleged involvement in the 2016 murder of social media model Qandeel Baloch.
She was found strangled in her home in the city of Multan after posting racy pictures on Facebook of herself with the cleric, Mufti Abdul Qawi.
Baloch’s brother, Mohammed Wasim Azeem, has confessed to her murder. His trial is underway in a Multan court. Nearly 1,000 Pakistani women are killed by close relatives each year in so-called “honor killings,” for violating conservative norms on love and marriage.
Now, that last highlighted bit is indicative of why Sharia Law is finding so little resistance in our Western societies.
The mainstream media was doing two things here:
It was downplaying the gruesome Sharia practice of “honor killings,” and it was casually equating such behavior with “conservatism.”
The wording was carefully chosen to cause the reader to draw moral equivalence between Muslim “conservatives” and conservative Christians.
The line should have read “… or violating ISLAMIC norms on love and marriage.”
